Chuck Lee Presented A Program Regarding Arbitration Of Crop Insurance Disputes
Chuck Lee - a partner in the firm – participated as a faculty member on January 25, 2012 in a national seminar discussing crop and livestock insurance issues in which he discussed arbitration of crop insurance disputes. The program was sponsored by the American Bar Association and the American Agriculture Law Association.
Lee is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and frequently arbitrates crop insurance disputes. He has over 30 years of experience in the representation of banks, agricultural and business entities. Lee is the author of numerous articles on business law issues, including a chapter in the Kansas Corporation Law and Practice Handbook devoted to a discussion of the rights and liabilities of corporate shareholders, officers and directors and an article in the American Bar Association Journal on business acquisitions.
