S. Eric Stinle will present at the Central Kansas Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management
On May 12, S. Eric Steinle will present his seminar “Crossroads: The Intersection of ADA, FMLA, GINA and Workers Compensation” at the monthly meeting of the Central Kansas Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.” Attendees will be presented with a series of fact patterns designed to prompt interactive analysis of the difficult interplay between the ADA, FMLA, GINA and workers compensation. Mr. Steinle will also update the group regarding the most recent legislative and regulatory changes and will include new fact patterns for the group to work through to analyze compliance problems that arise when an employee has an injury or medical issue either on or off the job which implicates these complicated areas of the law.
