Austin was born and raised in Hoisington, Kansas. He attended Bethany College and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. After spending some time working in the medical field, Austin attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where he participated in the University's legal services program and was a member of the Judge Hugh Means Inn of Courts. Upon graduating from law school, Austin worked for Kansas Legal Services assisting clients with estate planning, applying for Social Security benefits, and Landlord/Tenant disputes. Austin is focused on providing practical solutions to legal problems and strives to find the best solution for each client.
