We are proficient in joint venture and partnership transactions. In addition, our attorneys are skilled in structuring real estate financings and sale-leaseback transactions.
Real Estate Finance
Our real estate practice spans the full range of financial legal services including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of new and refinanced credits, the workout of distressed credits, and the representation of lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Our attorneys have successfully concluded transactions involving real estate secured loans and structured financing.
