We have experience in a wide variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including the development, acquisition, and disposition of properties and leases for retail, commercial, and industrial projects. We are proficient in joint venture and partnership transactions. In addition, our attorneys are skilled in structuring real estate financings and sale-leaseback transactions.

Real Estate Finance

Our real estate practice spans the full range of financial legal services including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of new and refinanced credits, the workout of distressed credits, and the representation of lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Our attorneys have successfully concluded transactions involving real estate secured loans and structured financing.

Real Estate Leasing

Our real estate practice includes attorneys with experience representing landlords and tenants of both single and multi-tenant industrial, office, shopping center, and mixed-use properties in a full range of leasing and leasing-related matters.

Our litigation group has a broad range of experience in handling real estate litigation matters and is well-versed in the unique controversies involving real estate ownership, leasing, foreclosures, and bankruptcy, as well as matters involving zoning, condemnation, landlord-tenant, and easement issues.
