Martindell Swearer Shaffer Ridenour LLP is pleased to announce that Michael S. Smith and Adam M. Teel have joined the firm.   

Mike is an experienced trust administration and estate planning attorney.  Mike has over 15 years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, and tax planning via his experience as a trust officer.  Mike has additional retirement planning expertise which allows him to provide a wholistic planning experience for his clients.  Mike works with clients to assess the best planning options to ensure their goals are met. 

Adam is a Hutchinson native who graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2017.  During law school, he received an Oil and Gas Law Certificate by studying various aspects of oil and gas, environmental, and energy law. Adam is focusing his practice on general business, estate planning, and energy law.
